Palak Paneer (Spinach and Cottage cheese curry)

Ingredients 
4cups  Palak(washed - strained- boiled and puree)
1 cup Paneer(Cottage Cheese cubes or any form)
1 med Onion (puree)
1 med Tomato(puree)
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Coriander pwder'
1/2 tsp Red chili 
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Kasuri methi leaves
1/2 tsp to taste
Bay leaf
cinnamon stick
2 cloves
1 tsp oil 
Method 
Boiled Spinach in a open pan for 5 min then grind it (Skip if u blanch)
Warm the oil put Cumin seeds ,cinnamon bay leaf cloves add and Saute  onion .
Ginger garlic paste then all the spices tomato puree.
spinach followed by paneer cubes .
let it cook for 15 min
Garnish with grated paneer and palak leaves or cilantro 
Tips 
U can shallow fry the paneer  or just put paneer on the skillet with butter on lower flamer for7- 10 min
for very sift paneer soak it in boiled milk or water
