Dal Palak
Ingredients
1 cup -Lentil(Arhar/chana/mix daal)
2 cup -chopped Spinach
1 small finely chopped -tomato
1/2 tsp-turmeric
1/2 tsp -red chilli
1/2 tsp -coriander pwder
3/4 tsp -Salt
Seasoning
1 tsp -ghee
1/4 cup Onion Finely chopped
1 green chili chopped
1/2tsp -cumin seeds
1 cinammon stick
1/2 tsp -amchur(Mango pwder)
1 red chilli whole
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
Garnishing
Sliced tomato, chopped coriender
Method
Pressure cooker daal adding 2 and 1/2 cup water ,spnich,chilli, turmeric,salt .
Visel according the daal used .
Prepare seasoning by Saute onion add rest things
Garnish.
