Dough a dough
There are so many types of dough .It is the experience that makethe dough better as feel works too much in kitchen.Every dough is different .The handmade dough food processor made dough .It is always good to make the dough before 1 hr of its use .Dough can be made in bulk and then use it but there will be slight change in colour.It good to make fresh dough.
Basic dough Take flour and add less water at a time ,mix and make lumps keep aside ..when done then put all together and mix it well using hand .
Chapatti Dough -Add a pinch of salt follow basic dough method.
Puri Dough/Samosa -Slightly hard then chapati and add 1/2 tbsp oil for 1 cup flour ,Ajwai+salt basic dough method.
Mathri dough/Patties-it is 1and 1/2 tbsp oil for 1 cup flour add ajwain+salt+all purpose flour basic dough method.
