Chapati (Roti)
1 cup Wheat flour
1/4 tsp -salt
3/4 cup water
Method
Add Wheat and salt.
Add water slowly make ball and mash it for 5 min
Put is aside for atleast 10 min and then make chapati.
Take a rollingboard/cutter pad/smooth tile.
roll it with rolling pin.
Put it on Flat skillet on med to high flame.
As you see little lump then turn and press it.
Put Ghee/butter on it and serve.
Tips
If chapati is roll evenly then it will puff up else the side which is not done need to be cook properly.
Chapati can be put directly on flame(fire stove only) but it need practice.
Dough can be made in bulk then store in freezer (week)for a day or 2 you can refigerate.
It is mainly a practise thing,Keep your sprits higher.
