How to work fast in kitchen !
Ever person treat kitchen in there own ways .We always have an oppurtunity to grab some good idea from other and share our good ideas too .Here goes the tips and tricks that will help the new makers to work and arrange things faster .Specially for working gals
- Make a list of food for the week ahead.that will help you to buy grocery for week .
- Cut and Refregerate the veggies.
- Always keep boiled potato,onion paste ,tomato paste,bread,syrup ,fruits
- Refrigearting veggies ((in ziplock bags)put in warm water before use )- Carrots,cabbage,cauliflower,french beans
- Freeze(in ziplock bags)put in warm water before use -Peas,beans,bell pepper,Zucchini(turai),bottle gourd ,Dough,tomato puree(use ice tray for it )
- Put greenchilli,ginger,garlic in one box to make it more handy.
- While making anything collect everything .
- Make or buy some snacks according to season Like Mathri/ladu/chakli/mumure/papdi for chat making/biscuits/yoghurt/syrups/icecream cones/paneer/cheese/ butter/buns/ tortillas/ juices/papad/
- Make a paste of spices while adding in curry spices will not burn also need less oil .
- Be particular about the quality of food you are going to eat .
- Try to make everything fresh and in required quantity.
- Lentil Should be used regularly
- Store items in tranparent jars for easy access.
- Neat kitchen make your mood fresh and help to cook better.
- Used spice box to store daily need spices.It save your time
- Paste a note pad and pen in kitchen add item to list as it is about to finish .
- Take out the print out of list that you need probably in a month .
- with in a month you have an idea how much items are needed in a month .
- Love your kitchen decorate it and keep it clean
- Change the kitchen towel timely .
- Indian cooking is oily so need special cleaning care of kitchen .
- Try to avoid the wooden furniture .
- Modular kitchen are good .
- Arrange and decorate according to the size of kitchen.
- Regularly check and clean the corner area.
