Ingredients
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oil
2 tbpWater
Oil for frying
Sev making machine
Method
Mix all the ingredients except water add little water at a time and make a soft dough
Put the batter in the Machine and fry them on med -high flame .
Keep them in air tight conatiner after cool(1 mth shelf life ).
Enjoy with poha /tea/bhelpuri and other snacks
Tips
you can add or remove the spice as per taste..
