Refresh your mood

Many times we feel low sometimes high sometimes unpredictable we call that mood swing .Its one of the most intresting phenomemen that happen to everyone consistently i.e since birth till death ..its so intresting .
All is well till mood is good , but once its not then ,anything could happen from sucide to dangerous fight ..All try to resove the problem of mood swing in there ways .Here are some suggetion to keep you motivated and moving.Sometimes a bresk from monotonous schedule
  • Watch comedy movie. .
  • Clean your house/room .
  • Do something which you feel you could never but you wish to .
  • Dance,paint ,write,sit idle,cry .
  • Make sound .
  • Take long good Shower.
  • Watch photographs,videos and old memories 
  •  Call the friend (school/college)
  • Arrange your ward robe
  • Dress well and go out.
  • Write a diary/note for your partner
  • Clean something that you really want to do from long .
There Are many times we shout and irritate without any reason on some person or partner .This is natural activity mostl it happens when anyone donot wish to do the way we want that person to do To deal with these situation when you cannot avoid it
  • Keep Smiling and say your heart that what a funny person !
  • Divert youe mind to new place
  • Be straight that you are not comfortable with this topic.
  • Concentrate on place around .
  • Say yourself you are so cool and you can handle these person so easily
  • Donot let them show or feel your anger or irritation
  • Keeping quiet is answer to many problems .
