Jalebi

Ingredients
 
1 cup Besan(Chickpea fllour)
1 packt Instant yeast 
1/2 tsp Turmeric 
Oil /Ghee for frying
 Syrup
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom
3-4 Saffron Strands
Squeez bottle  
Method
 Mix besan and turmeric Add yeast and leave it for 3 hrs
Put the batter in bottle .
Boil sugar and water Till  it is 1 string .
Add cardamom and saffron .
Warm oil and using bottle make the shape of jalebi.
As it was done take out and put it in syrup
For 1/2 min or so
Tip
Batter consistensy should be continous dropping .
