Basic Curries and Garnishing

Ingredients
2 Onion chopped and grind
1 Tomato Puree
1 Green Chilli Chopped 
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Red Chilli pwder
1/2 tsp Coriender pwder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Amchur pwder
Pinch Asfoetida
2 Bay leaf
1 Badi Elachi
1 Cinammon stick
1 tsp oil
Method
Boil oil ,add onion n cumin seed ,green chilli,
Add all the spices in water make it paste like  paste add in oil for 10 sec.
Add tomato puree.
Put the required veggie in it and stew it till vegetable is done .
Tips
  • Also this can be make in bulk and store in freezer ziplock for a month
  • This recipe is good for 5-6 person. 
  • This basic curry works well for chola,rajma,black eye bean,all dumplings(kofta).
  • This makes less spicy dishes ,Amount of spice can be increase.
  • Red chilli,coriender,Trumeric,Salt,Amchur(mango pwder),Asfoetida are regular used spices.Garam Masala is added after veggeies are done.
  • Bay leaves,elachi(Cardamom),cinnamon stick,thses are good  to use occassionally in food .
  • Curd garvy -Add 1/2 cup curd in the above recipe.ex Gatte ki sabzi
  • Cahsew gravy- Remove tomato and add 1 cup soaked and blended cashew .all paneer dishes,dumplings gives yellow colour to the gravy make it rich .
  • Milk or cream gravy -Add milk and cream in the above recipe .
  • Butter butter milk  - this makes the gravy more enriched and gives a nice flavour .
  • Imli(Tamrind gravy)-1/4 cup or 1 tsp tamrid mix with water is added to the recipe .
  • Dry veggies the chopped onion works well with the above spices .
GARNISHING
Well served food increase the apptite and the front person says YUMMY !! !!! what a satisfaction ,,to the person who cook with love.Few garnishing ideas goes like this . 
  • Chopped Coriender 
  • Round tomato sliced 
  • Chilli, tomato,Coriender 
  • Paneer decoration
  •  Putting a butter or cream
  • Seasoning(Tadka)Mustard Seed tadka,Ghee tadka,Red Chilli Tadka ,
  • Chopped Onion
  • Red Chilli
  • Garlic onion
  • Bread crumbs
 These can be cut in any desired form th emain aim should be the colour with thr gravy enhance more and main taste of the garvy can be felt like Delicious !!!!!!!
