Black eye bean relish

I need to find more option for the protein source and this is one addition to the protein source...Good to eat like chana /chola/soup.

Ingredients 
2 cups Black eye bean(soaked and washed)
1 Medium size Onion finely chopped
1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
Few Coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Red Chilli pwder
1/2 tsp Coriander pwder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp Salt
Bay leaf
1 Big Cardamom
1/2 tsp Amchur pwder
Pinch Asfoetida
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Anardana pwder(pomegranate pwder)
Method
Soak beans overnight or at least 6 hrs
Vissle in pressure cooker for 4 vissle. Add Big cardamon,bay leaf and long
Warm oil add cumin seed saute onion
Add spices and then add tomato puree
Again vissel 2 .
Add Anardana pwder and amchur
Garnish with coriander
Tips
You can make the masala separately again vissel it in cooker .
Spice in this depends on the serving choice like with chapati,naan  its good to make it spicy .
