Veggie Bread Fritters (Veggie bread pakora)





Today the season is summer but the weather is rainy my mouth is craving for some awesome pakora .I check my fridge and find bread  and some veggies with a few potato .decided to go for bread pakora veggie .It turned out  good In fact now these are now favorite .

Ingredients 
6 Bread  pcs
2cup Boiled vegetable
1 tsp Chat masala 
1/2 cup Onion
1 tsp ginger paste
pinch Heeng
1 tsp Red chili 
1 tsp Turmeric 
1 tsp Coriander Powder 
1 tsp Methi(Fenugreek) Kasuri 
Salt to taste
Oil For frying 
Method 
 Boil the vegetables like cabbage cauilflower,peas,potato,carrot,beans etc
Drain the water and used as stew in soup.
Mix Onion and rest of the masala in it .
Soak bread  in water(pat water on bread) and drain all the water(do not change the shape ).
Fill the batter inside And fit in the palm it ill get the oval shape .
If it is breaking then there is more water in bread.
Heat the oil on medium to high and take 5-7 min to get the golden brown colour
Cut diagonally enjoy with chutney or sauce.
Tips 
You can add the vegetable of you choice .
This batter can be use in veggie patties or in other stuffing too.
