Kheer (Rice pudding )

Ingredients
2 cup - Rice
1 cup - Sugar
1/2 cup -Nuts rasins
1/2 tsp- cardamom
5 cup -Milk
1-2 -Saffron strands
2 tsp -coconut powder
Method
 Put milk on low flame .Add rice and cook for 45 min .
Put nuts and rasins ,saffron strands .
Switch off the flame .Add sugar .
Serve hot garnish with coconut powder .
Enjoy Chilled too.
Tips
Kheer taste good if cooked on low falme for more period of time
It should be stired continously .
Consistency depends on the indiviual liking .
