Kuttu/rajgiri (Buck wheat/amaranth flour)


Ingredients 
1 cup Buck wheat Kuttu /Rajgiri(Amaranth) Flour
1/2 tsp Rock salt 
1/2 tsp Black pepper 
1 med Boiled Potato
Oil for frying 
Method 
Mix all the ingredients and put water slowly make a dough 
Let it sit for 15-30 mins 
Make balls and roll with the soft hands 
Fry on med to high heat 
enjoy fast meal 
Tips 
Rajgira flour pori are more soft and easy to make 
Buck wheat is good for health and weight control
