TOmato tilla comdiment

A day in the grocery store vegetable section I saw a lady buying these tomatillo my curiosity made me ask what she do for it .She speak spanish and little english that i can understand and she said mic this with jalapeno and enjoy ..this is really yummy and love it .She help me in buying them the best too 

Ingredients 

3-4 tomatillo 

1 Jalapeno

1 tsp cumin seed 

1 tsp rock Salt 

1 tsp sugar 

Pinch Asafoetida 

1 tsp oil 

Method 

Cut tomatillo and jalapeno inpcs 

Warm the oil on medium heat 

Put the cumin seed and pinch of asafoetida

Add other spices with 1/4 cup water let it boil and add the tomatillo n jalapeno 

Enjoy the condiment
