Tadka(seasoning) raita(yogurt)



Ingredients
2 Cup Curd
1/4 cup Boondi
1/2 tsp Salt  
1/2 tsp Red Pepper
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Chat Masala 
A pinch Sugar (Optional)
Seasoning 
1 tsp mustard seeds 
1 Whole red chili 
Garnishing Few Cilantro Chopped 
Method 
Blend the Curd 
Soak bondi in water for 10 min
Add all spices and garnish with Cilantro 
Heat oil in a small pan add mustard seed and whole red chili till pop close with the lid .
Pour the seasoning on the curd and Close lid immediately 
Garnish with cilantro .
Tips 
Closing lid process gives a different aroma in the curd .
It is good to seasons it just  before serving.
