Paneer Pasanda
1/2 cup paneer(tofu)Cut in triangular shape
1/2 cup Onion chopped and grind
1/4 cup Tomato Puree
1 Green Chilli Chopped
1 tsp ginger -garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Red Chilli pwder
1/2 tsp Coriender pwder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Salt
2 cloves
1 tez pata
1/2 tsp Amchur pwder
Pinch Asfoetida
1/2 tsp Kasuri methi (fenugreek)
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp corn flour(all purpose flour)
1/4 cup Milk/cream
Finely chopped -Coriender
Method forPanner
Prepare the mixture by Adding grated panner,green chilli salt,raisins,coriender
Cut paneer in triangular shape divide from center and fill the mixture in between .
Dip in the corn flour mixture and roast it with 1 tsp of oil on low flame .
Gravy
Warm oil and put cumin seed.Saute onion chilli garlic and ginger.
Add spice paste and then tomato puree.
Add milk/cream slowly .
Add roasted paneer 10 min before serving
Tip
you can deep fry paneer but it is very oily .
If paneer is too soft then fry in oil till golden brown.
Add milk slowly else it will curdle .
