Kachori
Ingredients
2 Potato boiled n mashed
1/2cup Peas
1 med size Onion finely chopped
2 Garlic grated
3/4 tspTurmeric
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red chilli
1 Green chilli finely chopped
Coriender whole
Garam masala
Kasuri methi(Fenugreek)
Cumin seeds
Asfoetida
Sauf pwder
Dough 3 cup Wheat flour
1 cup water
1 tbsp oil
Salt
Method
Make a dough 30 min before cooking.
For filling
Mix vegetables
Put oil on wonk add cumin seeds and saute onion add spice paste
and add vegetables
Make small balls of it
Make round chapati n fill the ball n again roll it
Deep fry til golden brown on med
Enjoy will chutney sauce etc
Tip
Any vegetable or lentel can be added to it .
