Instant Dhokla

Ingredients 

1 cup     Besan 

2 tbsp -Semolina

1/2 tsp lemon juice 

1 tsp Green chilli 

1/2 tsp Ginger

1 1/2 tsp Eno Fruit salt 

For Tempering 

1 tsp Mustard seeds 

1 tbsp oil

1 chilli chopped 

1 red chilli whole 

Pinch Asfoetida

1 tsp Seasem seeds

Garnishing 

Chopped Coriender 
1 tsp Coconut pwder

2 tsp -Sugar 

3 tsp Water 

Method 

Mix all the ingredients except Eno .

Add eno just before keeping greased pan in microwave or gas.

steam it for 10 min (7 min for 900 W microwave)

Heat oil cracked mustard seed and asfoetida then put rest 

Garnish at the top with chopped coriender. sugar mix with water 

Tip 

Making Khaman Dhokla on gas /micowave/electric gas need to watch for the right time to take out.

Eno can be replaced by baking pwde or soda
