Masala Brinjal
Ingredients
5-6 -Indian brinjal
1 - make paste onion
1 -finely green chilli
1 clove -garlic
1/2 tsp -cumin
1/2 tsp -red chilli pwdr
1/2 tsp -Coriende pwdr
1/2 tsp -Sauf
1/2 tsp -Salt
1/2 tsp -Turmeric
1 tbsp -Oil
1/2 tsp -Anardana
Method
Warm oil on medium add cumin seed green chilli and onion paste .
Fry till done
Add all spices in 2 tbsp water
Remove he top of brinjal then make incision in cross from .
Expand it with the help of fork and fill the onion masala properly .
Put 1 tbsp oil on low put these brinjal
5 min for each side and turn .
Serve it hot .
Tip
Indian brinjal are best for it .
When onion masala will leave its side that means it is done .
Adding spices with water will prevent from burning .
