Ginger pwder(soth) ke ladoo/ harira


I love these ladu as my baby feel much more better after I have it and motion of the baby n me was good .Also they are good to eat in winter. I know these day the zero figure and all those things are their but this should be taken in 1/4 of the quantity or can exercise more .Really good to eat.The coconut and dates will make the teeth strong and healthy .

Ingredients 
1 pkt Ginger powder(soth)
2 tsp Turmeric 
2 tsp Caraway seeds(ajwain)
1 cup Nuts(Almonds,pistachio,raisins,cashew)
1/4 cup dates 
1 tbsp Edible gum
1/4 cup crushed makhna 
1/4 cup coconut thinly  sliced
1 tbsp Seeds(watermelon/cantaloupe)
1 cup Jaggery
1 cup Ghee
Method 
Mix ginger pwder ,turmeric and caraway seeds in water.
Pop up the edible gum in ghee
Warm the ghee(not to hot not to cold) and  fry edible gum until it should be crushed from hands (no effort).
Warm the rest of the ghee and mix the ginger pwder mixture let it boil for 2-3 min stir continuously and add jaggery.
It is good to eat in winter and after delivery.
In case of c-section eat after 10 days 
logically amount of ghee should be above the level of ingredients but for me its too less than that 

Making ladu 
Roast the flour and add to the above mixture if needed and make the ball .
It is good to eat for at least 6 mths from delivery as it makes the baby digestion good and increase the immunity too.
