lauki madmast

Surprisingly I love lauki yes  ......I like it in all formats ....usually it is not a choice of many person ...but it is vey healthy .................

1 cup Gourd
1 Onion med chopped 
1 Tomato med Chopped
1 Green Chilli Chopped
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Red Chilli pwder
1/2 tsp Coriander pwder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Salt
Pinch Asfoetida
1 tsp oil
1 tsp Amchur(dry mango pwder)
Warm oil put cumin seeds. Saute Onion.
Add all the spices saute for 5 min (if dry then add little  water)
Add lauki with 1/4 cup water let it cook for 10-15 min on med flame
