Methi (Fenugreek ) parantha

1 cup  Wheat flour
1/4 tsp -salt
 3/4 cup water
1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves(boiled )
1 tsp Chat Masala
2 tbsp  Boiled Potato (optional)
1/4 tsp Chili
1/4 tsp Coriender Pwder
Add Wheat and salt.
Add water slowly make ball and mash it for 5 min
Put is aside for atleast 10 min and then make parantha .
 Take a rollingboard/cutter pad/smooth tile.
Roll 1/4 " circle put some oil on it and some dough in center  
Then  put a spoon of filling roll it  .
Put it on flat skillet on med to high flame.
Turn and put oil on both the side  and serve.
Parantha can be put directly on flame(fire stove only) but it need practice.
Dough can be made in bulk then store in freezer (week)for a day or 2  you can refrigerate.
It is mainly a practice thing,Keep your sprits higher.
