1 cup Urd daal soaked overnight
1 tsp Salt
Oil for frying
1 and 1/2 cup Yogurt
1/2 tsp Chili
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Tamarind
Grind the daal and salt adding least possible water in it .
Beat the batter well .
Take a spoon of batter and put it on the oil (the batter should come straight away up then put all ).
Soak these dumplings in water for 30 min . Squeeze it.
