Flour ladoo( microwave)
2 cups Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Besan (Chickpea Flour)
1/4cup Semolina
1/2 tsp Cardamom
3/4 cup Butter/Clarified butter
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Chopped or crushed nuts
Method
Mix and roast all the flour .
Microwave it for 5-6 min
Melt butter and add in the roasted flour
Roast the sesame seeds separately.
Add nuts and cardamom.
