Eggless Mango Cheese Cake
Crust
2 cups Graham cracker crumbs(Digestive or Britannia too)
1/4 cup granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Unsalted butter
Filling
32 oz Cream cheese
1 cup Granulated Sugar
3 tbsp All purpose Flour
1/4 bottle soda(sprite,dew etc)
1tbsp Lemon zest
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Topping
1/3 cup Mango Pulp
2tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Method
In a round cake pan or spring from pan press the crumbs to 1" to the edges .
Refrigerated till prepare the filling .
Filing
Beat the Flour,vanilla,sugar,Cream cheese till become fluffy.
Add the egg supplement.
Take out the crust pour the filling on it bake for 15-20 min
Bake till it gives a feeling of cheese cake
Topping
Add mango pulp sugar and vanilla extract mix
Top it on the cake and again bake for 15 min
Garnish with strawberries and cheery or mango slice
Cool it completely and refrigerated for a day
Tips
I use the regular cake pan
Eggs can replace with vinegar and soda/banana
Sour cream may be replaced with cream with lemon/thick curd like use in shrikand
