- Introduce one food at a time
- Continue feeding despite of the fact child is eating or not
- Adding ghee and saffron in food increase the taste
- Try to be natural and give home cooked food
- No honey ,citrus fruits , non veg, egg, less Sugar ,Nuts ,chilli till one year
- Introduce one food at a time .
- Avoid microwave cooking for kids.Warming is fine.
- Watch the allergy symptoms clearly
