Dalia( Cracked Wheat)-Dalia Roasted ,turmeric ,salt ,Asfoetida + ghee
Steam vegetables-Potato,peas,carrot,broccoli,beans,corn,turmeric ,salt ,Asfoetida
Oat meal -Milk instant oat meal salt + ghee
Fruits -Sweet potato,apple ,pear,peach,Kiwi,Avacado
Vegetable Pasta-Pasta boiled,Potato,peas,carrot,broccoli,beans ,spinach ,corn,turmeric ,salt ,Asfoetida+ ghee
Idli- ric + moong daal +veggies
Dosa  Rice Flour or suji with stuffed veggies
Veggie Daal  -Moong daal  + vegetables +ghee
Daal -Moong Daal + turmeric ,salt ,Asfoetida+ ghee
Curd -Homemade /Yoplaint Flavoured .homemade+ curd saffron
Chapati- wheat flour +soyaflour with green vegetables(methi or spinach)
Breads- Multigrain bread with jam /milk soaked /Apple Sauce,
Cookies -non cream or home made soya or oat based cookies
Suji Kheer -Milk + roasted suji(Samolina)+Sugar
Rice Kheer -Milk + rice roasted in ghee+Sugar
Vermicillie Kheer -Milk + vermicillie  in ghee+Sugar
Vegetable puree- potato,Spinach, peas,beans

Finger Food - Cookies ,Fruit loops, Cakes,Fruit Slice,Baked Potato , Parantha Slice,Cheese Slice,Rasins
  • Introduce one food at a time
  • Continue feeding despite of the fact child is eating or not
  • Adding ghee and saffron in food increase the taste
  • Try to be natural and give home cooked food
  • No honey ,citrus fruits , non veg, egg, less Sugar ,Nuts  ,chilli till one year
  • Introduce one food at a time .
  • Avoid microwave cooking for kids.Warming is fine.
  • Watch the allergy symptoms clearly
