Sarson Ka Saag

Ingredients
1  bunch Sarson ka Saag  
1/4 tsp Methi leaves
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chilli
1/2 tsp Coriender
1 small Finely chopped Onion
1 finely chopped Green Chilli
1tsp Ginger Garlic
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp oil
Method
Saute Onion and green chilli ginger garlic in 1 tsp oil 
Add spices
Boil Sarson ka Saag and grind as a paste
Let it cook for 5 min
Tips
To decrease the bitter ness use 1 bunch of spinch for 1 bunch of sarson ka saag
