Tikki (Patties)

Ingredients
2 Boiled Mashed Potato
2 cup Boiled Mix Veggies
1/2 cup Paneer(Tofu)
1 Medium size Onion finely chopped
Finely Chopped Green Chilli
Few Coriender leaves finely chopped
Mint leaves
1 tsp Samolina
1 tsp Rice pwder/All purpose flour
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Red Chilli pwder
1/2 tsp Coriender pwder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Amchur pwder
Pinch Asfoetida
Butter
1 tsp Anardana pwder(pomegrante pwder)
10-12 rasins and cahsew
Method
Mix all the veggies and add all spices make a dough tight .
Make round /any desired shape Patties
Coat the patty with  samolinea and rice powder .
Put little butter on Skillet on high flame(2 min) then low it .
Put it on the skillet for 5 min then turn for another 5 min on low flame only add butter if needed .
Serve with chutney /chole/burger/plain /
 Tips
Quantity of Potato can be replaced by veggies/tofu.
If you are not able to handle the dough then add Bread crumbs
Samolinea and rice flour help to bind the patties you can use all purpose flour or corn flour etc .
Any regular butter or ghee or oil can be use to make patteis also deep frying or baking can be done .
baking /skillet help to decrease the oil too.Deep frying make it too oily to digest
Patties is well known as potato,veggie or panner etc on the basis of ingredient used
Tikki can be used in Chola-- chat, burger and fingure snacksfor kids too it can be refrigerated for a mth
