Shai Pulao ..

This is the main dish..... if I do not want to cook
 Ingredients 
3 Cup rice 
Onion Finely Chopped 
1 green chilli
1 cup Chopped Broccoli, olives, spinach,
According to taste Salt
1 Bay leaf
2-3 laung 
 2-3  Whole Black pepper
few badi cardamon 
1 aniseed
1 Cinnamon 
Garnish Chopped Cashew, raisins, Almond ,Dates
 2 tsp Ghee 
Method 
Warm Ghee Saute onion and all the vegetables .then add spices .
Cook Rice separately
Add the veggies in it and Rice 
Garnish with the cashews, raisins cilantro ...
Tips 
Cooking separately makes the rice good and unbroken .
Adding whole spices makes it smell better .
