Instant Mango Pickle
Cut all the ginger,mango,garlic and green chilli in very small cubes.
Mix mango green chilli garlic and ginger
Add powder spices to the mixture
Warm oil and put the whle chilli cumin ,ajawain,asfoetida.
Let the oil cooled down completely.
Add 2 tsp Vinegar and oil .
Put it in the air tight jar and enjoy instantly
Glass jar is good to store
Mustard oil is good to make
If not using vinegar then keep refrigerated
You can make it any time of the year
