Clarified Butter/Ghee



Ingredients
2 pack Unsalted Butter
pinch salt
Method
Take a  heavy bottom pan put it on low to medium heat
Put the butter on it till some thing settle in the bottom stir in regulaaarly so that it should not stick to the bottom
Fill in the dry bottle when completely cooled off
Add a pinch of salt n stir
Tips
If you have the milk cream (malai )then you can do the same procedure.
The left over thing can be used a mawa for any veggie .
