Kaju Katli

Ingredients
1 Cup Kaju (Cashew)
3/4 cup Sugar
3-4 Strands Saffron
2 tbsp Water
2 tsp Ghee 
1 tsp Cardamom pwder
Silver Foil
Method
Put Ghee on heavy pan 
Mix Cashew and Sugar well and put it in Ghee on low flame till the mixture start to stick at the bottom
Put Saffron in water add it in the mixture
Put that on a plate and cut into desired shaped place the silver foil
