Lentil veggie soup

4 cup -vegetables Mix
1/4 cup lentil moong(try any)
1tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp red chilli
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
Spring onions and bread fried to garnish
Boil all the vegetable with moong lentil and sieve the stock
Season with butter/ghee and cumin seeds and all spices
Garnish with roast breead crumbs
Use the left vegetable as tikki ,filling in parantha
You can mix any left over vegetable too even peel can be used for it .
Do not add spices if taking during illness .
Its very nutrative and energy giving  food
