Icing

Ingredients
250 gms cream 2 bowl (for 8'')
1 cup Icing sugar (white powered sugar)
Method
Cut the cake in two horizontally
Beat the cream till it become light and fluffy
Tips
To beat cream it is good to use spatula or hand beater
Beat cream slowly
To make a chocolate or vanilla or strawberry or anyother icing it is good to add th flavour in the icing
If cream is very liquid then it is good to freeze it after and before use to avoid melting
