Sweet Tomato Chutney

3 -5 finely chopped Tomato 
1tsp cumin seeds
 1/4 cup Sugar 
1/2 tsp Black salt 
1/4 tsp Black pepper
pinch salt
1 bay leaf 
few nuts(cashew almond)
1 tsp Ghee or oil
few raisins
Heat the oil in the pan add cumin seeds and bay leaf.
Add tomato stir it till it get cooked .
Add Sugar cook on low heat till get a needed consistency .
add spices ,raisins  and nuts
Cook on med heat for 3-4 min 
Store in glass container for a week freeze  for a month 
Enjoy with any parantha or bread
