Samosa

Ingredients
Filling
3-Boiled peeled Potato
1 med size chopped onion
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 cup -corn and pea(half boiled)
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriender powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Amchur powder
1 tsp Anardana 
Pinch Asfoetida
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Chat masala
Shell
1 cup All purpose Flour
1/2 cup water
1 tsp oil 
Method
Make a dough for the shell ingredients.Keep it aside for 15 min .
In warm hot oil put cumin seeds ans saute Onion , chilli 
Add spices mix well
Fry in oil till golden brown 
Add Potato .Mix well 
Make a round chapati from the dough cut half and make a cone out of it 
Put filling in the cone and paste (All purpose flour and water) in the end and join 
Deep fry them and put on paper towel .
Enjoy with Chutney/sauce  .
Tip 
In the filling any vegetable can be added .Pea and corn make the taste wonderful .

While taking for picnic or potluck better to cool it and then pack in a zip lock .
It can be refrigerated for a week .
