Chocolate Fudge n variation

Ingredients 
Basic  5 minute Fudge
1 and 2/3 Cups Sugar
2/3 cup Evaporated milk
1 pckg semi chocolate bits
1 and 1/2 Roasted Nuts
1/2 cups Candied Cherries
Method
Combine sugar and milk stir with wooden spoon put it on med flame until suagr is dissloved and mixture comes to boil 
Boil for 5 min 
Remove from heat and blend chocolate quickly 
Add nuts and cheeries 
cool until firm 
Put it on smooth surface and cut into squares 
Variations 
Continental  -Add coconut and apricot instead of nuts 
Coconut 1 cup toasted coconut 
Maple - Chopped pecans and walnut and maple flavor extract
Penuche  -Add walnut and pecans and buttersotch bits
Chocolate Mint --Add  mint flavor chocolate and  oil of peppermint and peppermint extract 
Layered Fudge  Choose any layer for it .
