Jeera aloo

When remember my childhood ...@ my taiji's place this is the breakfast thing and I love it ..I can't ever touch the taste but still can't afford to stop liking it ..Nostalgic ......

Ingredients 
2 SLice Potato 
1 ts Cumin 
1 tsp Turmeric 
1 tsp salt 
green chilli 
1 tsp Coriander powder 
1 tsp Kasuri methi  
1 tsp oil 
Method 
  Warm the oil and add cumin n green chili.
Add rest of the spice and the sliced cut potato .
On low to med flame do not  add water.
Just let id sit for 5-6 min 
enjoy with parantha n chapti or even plain
