Rasmalai from scratch
Serving- 8-10 pcs
Ingredients

4 cups Milk (better if whole milk)
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 cup Sugar
For Syrup
3 cup milk
2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom
few strands Saffron
Method
TO make pcs
Boil the milk..add vingar when it start to boil .
When it curdealled up add ice (as we want to stop the process immediately)
Wash the batter and drain water in muslin cloth
mash the cheese with hand till it bind together
Make flat balls .
Dip it in water with sugar .
Do it till the balls get double in the size.
Take it out of the water.
Syrup
On the other gas boil the milk till it get half in quantity.
Add cardamom and saffron in it .
Let it cool completely then add the balls
Garnish with nuts.

More you mash from hands more aerated and fluffy the balls will be
