Paneer (Cheese/tofu)


Ingredients
3 cup Whole Milk
2 tsp Vinegar
Method
Boil milk add vinegar after boiling.
Rinse and strain it.
Put heavy weight on it
place it on plate and cut in desired shape
Tips
If you need a cheese texture you can grind it  
If it is too soft to handle good to freez for 1/2 hr and then use .
