Gatte Ki Sabzi (Chickpea )
Ingredients 
For Gatte 
1 and 1/2 cup Chickpea flour
1 tsp Salt 
1 tsp Oil 
Water 
Curry 
1/2 Curd
1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
Few Coriender leaves finely chopped
1/2 tsp Red Chilli pwder 
1/2 tsp Coriender pwder
1/2 tsp turmeric 
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Amchur pwder
Pinch Asfoetida
1 tbsp oil
1/2  Curd 
1 tsp Mustard seed
1/2 tsp cumin
Method 
Make a dough with chickpea flour oil ,salt,  and turmeric.
Make the long rolls of it .Put them in boiled  water.
take out when the come up (float on surface of water)or just put knife u feel they r cooked take about 20 min 
Warm oil on wonk put mustard seed ,cumin seeds add all the spices 
Then add toamto and curd mix them well add gatte in it .
Use the water in which gatte are boiled to maintain the consistency 
Garnish with coriender.
