Cabbage potato Butter delight

Ingredients

1/2 Cabbage

1 Potato Sliced

2 tbsp Butter

Few Coriender(Clinatro)

1 Green Chilli Chopped

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp Red Chilli pwder

1/2 tsp Coriender pwder

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp Salt

Pinch Asfoetida

1 tsp oil

Method

Bake cabbage and potato with butter on low flame skillet or in oven ,till golden brown in colour potao must both must be cooked well.

In warm oil add the cumin seed then all the spices paste .

Add cabbage and potato and mix slowly to avoid conversion into pcs.

OR

Add the spice masala on the cabbage and potato microwave it for 5 min .

Garnish with coriender(cilantro)

Tips

Cut the big pcs of cabbage and potato .pea can also be added.

The taste of this veggie must be diffrent from the regular one .

Also a onion paste(onion ,ginger ,garlic,tomato ) can be made to make it more rich.

Adding any butter salted will be fine even .
