Bhatura or Chalupas Shell


   It was always challenge to cook food this is something I am afraid of .... guess what.. my DH favorite food ...I did it 2-3 time it comes out okay not yummy mummy ..Ikeep on trying different recipes and finally ....click it ...yipeeeee !!...Now ., Warm winter morning and dinner need to be good then ...what else will be good then this ...next day some left over can be made as Chalupa Friday night and Saturday lazy morning you are done ............I love making  this and serving it





Wheat Bhatura
All Purpose Bhatura 
 Ingredients 
1 cup All purpose Flour/wheat flour
1/4 tsp yeast 1/4 cup Yoghurt
1 tsp Sugar
1 pinch salt 
1/4 Cup Warm water 
Method 1  
this is if you are short of  time
Soak yeast with sugar ,salt and warm water for 10 min
 Knead the dough  using that part
Let the dough sit for atleast 1/2 hr .
 Method 2
Use yoghurt instead of yeast and knead it  properly 
Leave it overnight in oven
  
Make balls and roll those balls 
Heat  the oil in  wonk between medium and high 
Fry it form both the  side
Enjoy with Chola 
Tips 
Roll it little thick.
Fold and save in air tight after it is cool of completely.
