Veggies(Stir fry, boiled,as it is ) - Olives,onions,Tomato,bell peppers, Spinach,cabbage,cauliflower, Broccoli,Zucchini ,peas,red cabbage,leeks
Binding Agent - Pasta /Flour /Rice / Potato /Bread crumbs /
Liquid -Olive oil /milk /cream/ butter /cream cheese
Cheese -Shredded Parmesan /Sliced Mozzarella /Tofu / Cottage cheese
Nuts - Raisins, Walnuts, Almonds granola any thing else you to add..
