Tofu-soya- spinach kadhi

There r times when the lack of something results in the discovery of new dish that what happen .my fil wants to eat kadhi we have just spoonful of curd at home . My mil suggest to add spinach n my mammiji suggest to add tofu .I add soyabean

Ingredients 
1/2 Tofu  grated 
1/2 cup spinach purée 
2tbsp curd 
1/4 cup Soyabean
2 tbsp besan ( chickpea flour)
1tsp mustard seeds 
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste 
1 green chilli 
1 tsp oil 
Red chilli whole 
 Method 
Warm the oil let the mustard seed n  chilli  pop up .
Make a paste of curd n chickpea flour 
Add to warm oil 
Blend spinach n tofu n add to the kadi when it boil with soyabean. 
Serve with rice n chapati .

Tips 
U can add pakora vadi instead of soyabean
