Onion Parantha
Lazy weekend morning getting up late and then cooking ......ahhhhhhhUmmmmmmmm For me parantha is the most easiest thing I can think of with lemon pickle or the tamarind chutney 15 min food is ready .Its brunch yum ym brnch then go for shopping and grocery any time .......Enjoy..!!
Serving:2-4 persons
Ingredients
1 cup Wheat flour
1/4 tsp -salt
3/4 cup water
Filling
1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
1 tsp Chat Masala
1/4 tsp Chili
1/4 tsp Kasuri Methi
1/4 tsp Coriander Pwder
Method
Add Wheat and salt make parantha (dough)
Add water slowly make ball and mash it for 5 min
Put is aside for atleast 10 min and then make parantha .
Take a rollingboard/cutter pad/smooth tile.
Roll 1/4 " circle put some oil on it and some dough in center
Then put a spoon of filling cover it and roll it .
Put it on flat skillet on med to high flame.
Turn and put oil on both the side and serve with chutney/pickle or curd
Tips
Parantha can be put directly on flame(fire stove only) but it need practice.
Dough can be made in bulk then store in freezer (week)for a day or 2 you can refrigerate.
It is mainly a practice thing,Keep your sprits higher.
