Spinach Soup
Warm Soup in the winters is heaven ....The smell of butter seasoning and spinach ..make me feel the pink of weather and coldness melting with the butter in soup .....hehehe ...so foodie ..
Ingredients
1 Spinach
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1/4 tsp red chilli
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Butter
1 tsp Butter
Spring onions and bread fried to garnish
Method
Boil all the spinach or blanch
Season with butter/ghee and cumin seeds and all spices
Garnish with roast bread crumbs

Tips
Use the left vegetable as tikki ,filling in parantha
You can mix any left over vegetable too even peel can be used for it .
Do not add spices if taking during illness .
