Cream cheese cake - Plain+ Sour cream
Curd Cheese cake - Ricotta +cottage cheese cake
Unbaked Cheese cake -Cream Cheese +yoghurt+
Rules of cream cheese 
  • Cream cheese+sugar +egg substitute--lump free and non airy
  • All ingredients at room temperature 
  • Bake cheeese cake in pan of water
  • No over beating or baking 
Bottom of Cheese cake 
Line with parchment paper
Crumb Base --Digestive biscuits or Graham Cracker
Cake Base Any sponge cake


Unmolding Cheese cake Wrap the Cooled at room temperature  Cheese cake in plastic wrap and chill overnight
Remove from the fridge and take out from the Fridge and remove the wrap let it cool enjoy
