Rajma(Kidney beans)
I love it .... When i was kid I use to eat boiled rajma with salt and now my son do it......
Ingredients
2 cup Rajma Soaked overnight or 6 hrs then boil
1 Medium size Onion finely chopped
1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
1 /2 cup Tomato puree
Few Coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Red Chilli pwder
1/2 tsp Coriander pwder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Amchur pwder
Pinch Asfoetida
1 tsp Kasuri methi
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Kasuri methi
1 tbsp oil
Method
Soak rajma in water overnight or at least 6 hrs
Boil rajma with 2 tea bags in pressure cooker for 4 vissle.
Warm oil add cumin seed saute onion
Add spices and then add tomato puree
Again vissel 2 .
Add amchur and garam masala
Garnish with coriander
Tip
You can make the masala separately again vissel it in cooker .
