Classic Italian Sauce(arrabbiata )
Garlic 4 cloves
1/4 cup Olive oil
Crushed Tomato
1 Bell pepper
red Pepper Salt
Peel and Mince Garlic Finely chop Bell pepper
Heat oil Add Garlic and bell pepper and saute add tomato and pepper flakes
Do it for 10 -15 min Add Salt
Variations
Add cup freshly cooked chickpea .Blend them and add it in Last 5 min
1- 2 cups of Diced and well coked vegetables
Add Olives .
